NVM for Rudolf Ristenbieter has no infomation on a wife.
Karl Brüggemann was Feldwebel and Bordmechaniker and was married to Lina Brüggemann.
Both soldiers were burried at Brüssel-Evere. Unit is 1. (West) FlÜG 1.

GQM and KTB (MA Freiburg RL 10/390) report aircraft Bf 110 F4 , Werknummer 6769, crashed due to engine-malfunction.

Hi Alain57,

Most of the losses of Fl.U.G. 1 can be found the the "Schulen, etc." loss files of RL 2-III online at the Bundesarchiv site. However, only three have been posted so far --- but you lucked out! This loss is found in RL 2-III/784, page 0122, #17. Here is a copy of that page,

best regards,

You will notice that GQM reports Werknummer 4769. The Werknummer 6769 in my previous posting is from the KTB of Gruppe West FlÜG. I have numerous reports on Bf 110 in the 47xx range but only 4 from 67xx. IMHO 4769 seems the more likely serialnumber and I am going to correct my database.
