What happened to Rudi Kleiber?
Fighter Pilot + 26. Nov.1942
Name found in Forest Graveyard Bruneck.

Kampfflieger = crews of bomber units called Kampfflieger,
and no - can´t find this name under and before this date.
maybe Matti had some more informations ?

Yes, Kampfflieger would rather mean gunner, radio operator, engineer....
Does Rudi Kleiber not appear in any record? Strange!

Rudi Kleiber was killed in Russia as a member of Luftwaffe ground troops. Obviusly he was moved from flying personnel to some Field Divison for some unknown reason.
