Night claims 3.8.44

In Sharp & Bowyer's 'Mosquito' the appendix lists 6 claims by 488 (NZ) Sqn on this night.
I know of 1 Ju88 claimed by F/L Jameson/ F/O Crookes and 1 Ju88 by W/O Patrick and F/Sgt Concannon.

Can anyone provided me with details of the crews behind the claims.

The book also lists 2 claims by 219 Sqn 1 from 604 and 2 from 409 Sqn
