Indeed, Andy, your work will be most appreciated by those who haven't worked with DEFE 3 yet. Like Jim Norton, I read my way through all of them back in the late 'eighties (can it really have been 29 years ago?).

Many thanks for your comments.

This started as a side show alongside the Aufklgr 122 and 123 research and has grown into something on its own.

Already started on DEFE3/135 but believe that this will take longer than the last one as outside commitments have started to take over (under the command of the household authorities!).

Hello,

Finally finished the transcription of DEFE3/135.

This covers the decryption period 31st January 1944 to 4th February 1944.

The LuftwaffeData Wiki page DEFE3 has been updated with the links to enable this file to be downloaded.

In earlier posts I indicated that work on this file would take a while - I did not expect it to take this long!
