This book is the first to provide the operational records and combat reports of the three American “Eagle” Royal Air Force squadrons—units comprised of volunteer American pilots who served with the British prior to the U.S. entering the war.

I was actually a little disappointed in the book. The editor has copied the text of the ORB Form 540 (ie, he has not reproduced the image, but has typed the text), and the text of all the combat reports. But he has not copied the ORB Form 541 pages. So if one buys the book, you might concentrate on downloading the Form 541 pages from the NA/PRO.
