There is a list on Wikipedia search under 'Syrian Air Force losses' and a link on the notes no 147 for 2017 losses with an account by the US pilots. The Syrian pilot Capt Ali Fahd is reported to have ejected safely and was found safe next day by Assad forces in the village of Shuwaihat..
