Victory List of JG27

I'm looking for a victory list of JG 27. In detail about April, 1944. Is it possible to find out who shot down which aircraft on which day? I have the Book about Jagdgeschwader 27 of Hans Ring and Werner Girbig. There is a list of all vistories of each member. But the list only shows how many victories each one had and does not say what kind of aircraft was shoot down, or on which date it happened.

Your help is greatly appreachiated. Many thanks in advance!

Maybe you could check Tony Wood and Jim Perry's Website about LW claims :

http://www.lesbutler.ip3.co.uk/tony/tonywood.htm

with a search on JG27 in the files for April 1944, you will surely get something...

Hope this can help you,

Kolya.

If you're interested in JG 27 and April 1944, download on the site given above the document "Reich, West and Südfront, Jan to Apr 1944. Vol. I", it will list most if not all JG 27 victories.

Tony Wood's claim lists are missing a part of the JG 27 claimed in 1941 on the Eastern Front but are as complete as possible for spring 1944 AFAIK.

Kurtl,

If you need more details about the I./JG 27, I can recommend you Jochen Prien's book as well, which is far more detailed, than the mentioned one (and you can find some additional info about Adalbert von Lipcsey and his April claims in my aces book as well, who was a Hungarian pilot of that Gruppe)

@kolya1 and Laurent Rizzotti:
Thank you for your help. I know this list. Two posting of P38 claims are in there regarding 24th of May 1944. Both were shot down by Messerschmitt Me 110. I doubt in this because I know an old men who saw a single engined german fighter shooting down a P38. I even think that this is more realistic because the Me 110 would be to fast.

@Csaba Becze: Can you tell me more about your book? How is it called and is it available in english or german?

Best regards and many thanks!

Kurtl

Hello,
Prien's book is called "Messerschmitt Bf-109 im Einsatz beim Stab und der I./Jagdgeschwader 27" and there are 3 parts. (3-teilige Chronik)
I have the german version of the book.
