Col. Chuck Older AVG/23rd FG Ace-RIP
 
Famous WWII ace Chuck Older who flew in the AVG, commanded the 23rd FG and flew A-26 Invaders during the Korean War passed away this past Saturday, June 17th in LA, CA. RIP Colonel.................

Hello guys

Indeed Mr Older was the trial judge at the infamous Mason trial. Vincent Bugliosi mentions him in his book on the trial, including that on one occasion Mason attempted to physically attack him during proceedings after which he is said to have begun carrying a gun beneath his robe. Not a bad idea. Condolences to his family.
