Diver! Diver! Diver!

do anyone know when Brian's "Diver! Diver! Diver!: RAF and American Fighter Pilots Battle the V-1 Assault Over South-east England, 1944" would be available ? Just found the status of this book became "Sign up to be notified when this item becomes available" at amazon:

Hi guys

Only just spotted your postings - 'Diver!' is now due out in May 2008, to be launched at Duxford Air Show, so I understand. Well worth waiting for!!

Amazon said it was originally out in June 2007, but it is now May 2008 - what's been the delay?!
