The Comax Air Force Museum in British Columbia, Canada, has a large collection of pilot log books. A list can be downloaded:

While these are not directly available online, the museum staff will, on request, turn them into PDF format and send them to you via Dropbox. Amazingly they do not charge for this valuable service but will gratefully accept donations to the museum.
