Seeking 163rd Liaison aircraft/pilot

Hello,
I a looking for info on 163sq of 7th army air force aircraft type and serial number and pilots name who was a lasion pilot flying a General around out of Hawaii and also was over Japan doing sample testing from atomic bomb .
