I wonder if post 3 could be Blenheim R3897? The circumstances seem to fit the photo:

This Blenheim is definitely L8857 of 114 Squadron, destroyed on the ground at Conde-Vraux airfield during a low-level bombing raid on 11 May 1940. Lots of other photos have emerged over the years of this Blenheim.
