F/O Arthur Richard Brian Tedder
Hi guys
70666 Flg Off Arthur Richard Brian Tedder was killed on 3 August 1940 flying with 139 Squadron. His old school (Dauntseys) has him recorded as the son of Sir Arthur Tedder, later Marshal of the RAF, but this does not seem to be so. Perhaps a nephew? Any comments? Cheers Brian |

Dick Tedder was ACM Tedder's son. Shot down by Flak near Cherbourg. Of interest, here is another senior officer's son killed in 1944:
