Prop markings

In photographs of Luftwaffe aircraft I've noticed that sometimes a propeller blade will be seen with chalk markings. Typically, this has W/E chalked in large letters followed by some other, smaller writing. Can someone please remind me what these markings mean?

Not an expert but maybe a marking for prop balance or a refurbished one?

w/e dont know bus the smaller number i think could be luftschraube gerat nummer and the flugel nummer.
