Re: eBAy: Captured german planes
Hello!
Steve Sheflin, Marc anyone. In previous page there was interesting Bf 109 G-10 photo (page 100, post #3961) Years ago I started thread Peter Düttmann and his "wonderful bird" Bf 109 G-10 WNr 610533 http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showthread.php?t=10423 Is this the very same plane?? Is the WNr ...533 or ...583? Cheers, Kari |

I have noted it as W.Nr. 610583 thanks to John McIllmurray who forwarded me this information 26 September 2018. Further, I can only confirm the prior loss of W.Nr. 610533, 8 March 1945 with its pilot Ofhr Rudolf Plöderl MIA. Cheers Marc |
Re: eBAy: Captured german planes
Salut!
I think W.Nr. 610583 it is as the W.Nr. 610533 was 100% loss (as I had found in my old thread). Mystery solved, merci Marc! Kari |

The rear side of the previous photo. Allegedly, the pilot died of "heart failure". I guess, a well aimed shot does cause "heart failure".
