Hi,

Searching day and place of birth of this pilot who was lost on 25/12/1944.
I found a Uffz. Forell at the VDK website, but according to the site he was Kia On the 16th of december. Tia,

There is an Uffz. Helmut Forell of 2/JG 77 KIA on the 25th Dec. my notes give Bf 109 G14 512359 red 31 , do not have his birth details ,

Uffz. Helmut Forell was born 30.09.1921 in Pforzheim. He is the one who is mentioned in the VDK database as buried in Grave 171 in Swisttal-Heimerzheim. The date of death at the VDK site must be wrong. He flew Rote 3.
