Death of KC holder Hptm. Heinz Richter KG 77

Hptm. Heinz Richter, Kommandeur III./KG 77, died 02.06.43 near Lauf in Southern Germany. According Luftwaffe Officers Career Summary he was killed when his Ju 88 crashed due to engine trouble. Other sources say that he died in a ground accident.
Has anyone a detailled loss notice with aircraft markings and his crew?
