D-Ring & Rip-Cord Assembly for Sitzfallschirm

A friend of mine is looking for a rip-cord assemby (D-ring handle and rip cord itself) for his Sitzfallschirm.

The nomenclature on the Sitzfallschirm itself reads "30 IS 24 B SA", type FL30231.

Any pointers whatsoever will be very well received.
