Damaged Storch, october 1944

Hello,

searching for information (Stkz and Wnr.) regarding a damaged Storch in Norway (probably around 10-40% damage) that crashlanded sometime between October 16th and October 20th, 1944. I do not know if any of the crew got injured or killed in the crash.
