Yes - you are correct. Not cristal-clear but nice and rare all the same but totally over-priced!!

It was difficult for me to get used to the idea, but something is worth whatever people are willing to pay. I was talking with a dealer in science-fiction illustrations. He told me $500 was a very reasonable price for a certain piece. And that may be true for people with $500 to spend. But not me.

What is this aircraft? Is the marking Belgian?

Yes it is Belgian
It is either a Fairey Fox (two-seater) or Firefly (single-seater) The Fox (O-69) was reportedly destroyed by bombing The Firefly (Y-69) was reportedly flown to France and captured, so it seems to be this one... Cheers Stig |
