you might get some responses if your request is a little more precise. This is sort of vague.

Re: snipers in parachute parts

The definitive text on German sniping (equipment) is:

The German Sniper 1914-1945 by Peter R. Senich
Paladin Press, Boulder, Colorado ~ 1982 (445-pages)

Page 151 contains the only mention of Luftwaffe sniping, "...the extent of Luftwaffe sniper training or of actual combat efficiency remains obscure."

Also this:

"Captain C. Shore cites an interesting anecdote relating to Luftwaffe snipers.

I know of one occasion when a Scottish Battalion met some real German snipers, and, according to the Battalion sniping warrant officer it was the only time they had come across true German sniping shooting. It was outside a small village, Francofonte in Sicily. The Battalion bumped rather suddenly into a German Parachute Regiment which was holding high ground, and their snipers made some truly remarkable shooting at ranges of 600-yards. They stuck to their positions and kept up their brilliant shooting even when subjected to heavy shell-fire. They were of course, well dug-in in previously prepared positions. When there were eventually driven out by the advancing troops, the majority of these snipers got away by use of the most excellent fieldcraft."

Will look for additional references.

Re: snipers in parachute units

You may have more luck posting on the Axis History forum.
There is this thread there already:
Fallschirmjäger snipers

Mostly photographs though but if you ask for more info there you may get a better response.
