Is this too early to identify?

Hello,
I just got this nice lot and would like to know about his unit, but I have a feeling that it's too early. What is your opinion? Thank you, Christian |
Re: Is this too early to identify?
Hello Christian,
on 26 March 1935 a training flight of a Junkers (Ju W34?) of the Fliegergruppe Gablingen ended with a crash on warehouses near the station Eichstätt. The pilot Artur Elmer and the Flugschüler Ernst Schropp and Max Fröhlich were killed. Source: article „Der Tod flog anfangs immer mit“ in Donaukurier 25 Nov 2011 Regards Leo |

Mein lieber Leo!
This is no less than fantastic!! Thank you very very much. Übrigens...on the back of the photo Artur Elmer is mentioned! I hope I can help you one day, if you need anything. Kind regards, Christian |
