6/KG54
Hi I am researching this squadron during the baby blitz in February 1944. I would like to find out what the losses were for this unit, and what effect if any it had during this time.

The book "The Last Blitz" would be a good start. If you read German and don't mind the expense, then there's also Kampfgeschwader 54. Von der Ju 52 zur Me 262. Eine Chronik nach Kriegstagebüchern, Dokumenten und Berichten 1935 - 1945. First call at the National Archives would be the prisoner interrogation reports in AIR 40/2416, /2417, /2418 and /2419. There are also the transcripts of bugged conversations between prisoners in AIR 40/3101 and /3102.

For the period 1 Jan-31 May 1944, it would appear that 6./KG 54 lost 7 ac on operations
