Dont know about the shops but if you are in Prague try to visit this museum: http://www.vhu.cz/muzea/zakladni-informace-o-lm-kbely/

It has a nice collection.

I was at the Museum shop appx one month ago. Honestly I was quite disappointed. No books from Jakab for instance.

Having said that, the Museum itself is pretty fantastic!!:)
