Do you happen to know the exact date of birth of Johan Bernard Gilhuus? All I have been able to find online is the date of his death, 17 December 1944.

Thank you very much for your answer. I'm only wondering whether it's the 4th of December or the 12th of April, but this is something that can't probably be deduced from the site. They give dates in two different formats: day-month-year, and month-day-year.

It was _John_ Bernhard, and it was 12 April in 1915, according to his biography in Spitfire Saga.
