F/LT Bill Cleland DSO DFC
 
Former Bomber Command pilot, F/Lt Bill Cleland DSO DFC, of 156 PFF, passed away last Friday at the age of 88.

Bill flew 76 ops, mostly with 156 PFF Sqn. He was regarded as an outstanding pilot and a most modest man.

A great loss to his family and friends, and the 156 Squadron Association.
