Hello,
I'm looking for a US claim list for 29. may 1944.
Prien mentions 140 claims for that day, I am interested in the claims of (if they had that day)


8 AF

4th FG (P-51)
20th FG (P-38)
55th FG (P-38)
78th FG (P-47)
353rd FG (P-47)
355th FG (P-51)
361st FG (P-51)
479th FG (P-38)

9th AF

367th FG (P-38)
474th FG (P-38)





I could find out, taht 361st FG claims 12 E/A destroyed, does s.o. have any further information? (who, location, time, report...)

Hello pilot05,

among the FGs you listed, only the 4th FG and the 361th FG claimed victories that day.
In detail:

The 361st FG claimed:
8 Fw 190 at 13:30, near Pitka (?)
2 Fw 190 and 4 Me 410 between 15:15 and 15:30,East of Schwerin

The 4th FG claimed:
1 Me 110 and 1 Me 410 at 13:50, North of Falkenburg
1 Me 109 at 13:55, near Cammin
1 Me 109 and 1 Fw 190 at 15:00, near Ehmarn Belt
