Re: Royal Libyan Air Force 1965

hi,
From two old books that I have.
1961 observers world a/c directory
Libya
During 1959 a small libyan air arm was established with receipt of two Gomhouria primary trainers from the UAR. based at Idris .
and
The world guide to combat planes vol1 1966.
The Federal Kingdom of Libya formed the nucleus of an air arm in 1959. A small number of Lockheed T-33A armed trainers serve in the dual instructional operational role.
