Forgot password

Hi,

A friend of mine forgot his password for this forum. He tried to reset his password, but never got an email. He also used the "contact us", but never got a response.

Can a moderator that can fix this contact me or should he register again under a different name?

I don't know if John or I have the authority to reset passwords but the first step would be to send one of us a personal message with the member's username.
