Information concerning the loss of Uffz. Georg Berchtold - killed 18.05.1940

Hi,

Can anyone provide information on the loss of Uffz. Georg Berchtold who was killed on the 18th May 1940?

The seller said he ws from 6./KG 2 and was shot down either over the coast or by British fighters?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Shot down by French fighters attacking St Quentin; crashed 4km west of Chauny. Do 17Z, 3613, U5+JP
