The camouflage and markings style of that Me 262 A point to a machine from the late 500000 werknummerseries. A black number '1' is visible as are the remnants of a JG 7 tailband, and I think, a small white vertical III. Gruppe bar. Hence, this could be a 2. or 10./JG 7 kite. Pity that a location is note given.

Cheers,

David

Last image is Long Beach airport (LGB), take from east side looking west-north-west. Douglas (McDonnell Douglas?) aircraft company can be seen (no longer exists)

Thanks. That is W.Nr. 170071 White 2, which had quite a long career for a Me 262.

Hi - Thanks for bringing this to the Forum

It is He72 W/Nr.1120 - BA+MZ. Another He72 W/Nr.1230 - PG+AP was given USAAF markings aswell as (in the photo) Go150 W/Nr.1163 - D-ESSD. The location is Eschwege airfield and they were all captured intact on 21.04.45

Regards - Tom

Hello Denes, What do you not trust: seller or captured p47?

Looks like T9+FK with 2/Versuchsverband Ob.d.L

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

The statement that this is an original, wartime photo. It appears that it's rather a post-war copy, on an old photo paper.

The seller quabil is also known as kasadudu, 33terzett33 & tak_angel. I believe one or more of these usernames have been discussed in the dubious seller list over at the LEMB.

Rudi.

Hello Revi16,

Regarding post #63: Fw190: http://www.ebay.de/itm/2Wk-Foto-Flug...wAAOSwnbZYIfJl.

The presence of U.S. Navy pilots is likely the result of the location being Cuers, France (AKA Cuers-Pierrelatt) close to the Mediterranean coast (43.247222 6.130275).

Further, I believe that the Focke-Wulf shown is Fw 190 A-4 (140703) TN+ZG, 5+ black, Cuers, France 1944.

Respectfully,

Steve Sheflin

And here another shot from a forlorn Ju 87 D-5, W.Nr. possibly 140790. Because of the wet snow, location might be Schongau, around 2 - 3 April 1945.
