PO WGG Dunan-Smith VR85684
 

On 11-10-40 PO WGG Smith was landing at 7 OTU at Hawarden when he collided with an Anson. It was piloted with a Polish pilot and Spitfire P9395 had is engine pushed through the bulkhead. The Polish pilot suffered cracked ribs and cuts, the Navigator suffered severe shock. PO Duncan-Smith escaped injuries.
Can anyone please ID the Anson crew and the Anson .
