Unknown Soviet ftr.pilot Poltawa 1944

Seated on cockpit on left of General Perminov , Poltawa AB commader
there is an unidentified Soviet VVS Maj. probably an ace .Eventhough
there is some similarity this not Retschkalov , the photo was taken sometime
in June 1944 . Help would be appreciated
