3.JG54 Low Level Attack on Luxeuil "Westfeldzug"
 

Holá,
the attached photo has been taken from "JG54, A Photographic History Of the Grünherzjäger". Could somebody give me details on the strafing of Luxeuil i.e. date of attack, aicraft type destroyed, french units occupied Luxeuil airfield at that date, a.s.o.

Holá y muchas gracias Daniel,
I have visited your webpage for about ten times and it helped me a lot to adjoin the participants of clashes between Armeé de'l Aire and I.JG54, I.JG76 and I.JG21 during the May/June 1940 campaign. In this case I knew the german unit that attacked Luxeuil. But the date May 12 and the GC II/7 was unknown to me. So, your site helped again.
Do you have any infos regarding the Luftwaffe unit (bf109´s) that strafed
Damblain on May 27 1940?

I have not the info for Damblain Straffing, because the 88 department was out my research sector, limited toward burgungy .
