Identity unkown officer RK award ceremonies Kollak and Ehle
 

Dear all,

I am looking for the identity of the depicted officer which was taken during the Ritterkreuz award ceremonies for Kollak and Ehle on 29 August 1943 -he is seen here hanging the RK around Ehle's neck.

No, Ehle's rank at the time was Major, the u/k officer holds the rank of Hauptmann.

Thanks for that -it does appear that the Hptm. was a member of the staff of Gen. Kammhuber?

That is what i propose. 1 event could be local 2 nd with the boss must be staff
