Luftwaffe map referances (Africa)
 

Hello

Could anyone help me by telling me if there is a way to convert Luftwaffe map referances into a modern day referance or a Luftwaffe map with the referances and place names for the North Africa area.

Also did the referances stay the same or did they change during the war.

Any help or links to information would be most appreciated
