Ju-88 Grez-Doiceau Belgium
 

A Ju-88 from 4./KG 30 was lost near Grez-Doiceau ( Belgium ) on august 26th 1944.One of the crewmembers was Ogfr Bauer Gustav ( KIA ).Who were the other and what happened with them ?

Alain: Where are you getting these dates from? Invariably they are wrong which makes finding the answers difficult. Might I also suggest you put christian name before surname (i.e Ogefr Gustav Bauer as opposed to Bauer Gustav)?
Ju 88 S-3, 330403, 4D+DM, 4/KG 30 crashed as stated in accident returning from a mission 23 Jul 44. Uffz Christian Rosendahl-F, Ogefr Gustav Bauer-B, Gefr Wilhelm Janda-BF, Gefr Erich Hoetz-BS all killed

I have the date of death for Uffz. Christian-Friedrich Rosendahl and Ogfr. Gustav Bauer as 23/8/44 and for Gefr. Wilhelm Janda and Gefr. Erich Hoetz as 25/8/44...

Hi,

Only 2 Death Cards were found on Fold3 : Gefr. Wilhelm Janda and Gefr. Erich Hoetz. One card + details on Volksbund website are attached as example. They mention as date 23/08/1944, but on the Volksbund website they are mentioned with date 25/08/1944. The two other crewmembers were not found on the Death Cards. Uffz. Christian Friedrich Rosendahl is mentioned as buried at the German War Cemetery at Lommel, but has also a grave at Porochialkirchhof Berlin-Mitte (see https://nl.findagrave.com/memorial/1...rich-rosendahl ).

Where they all aboard the same plane (w/nr 330403 4D+DM Ju88S-3) ?
