Help with Luftwaffe Photo Album

I have a photo album that was purchased in Germany. It appears to be a privite collection of one man and his progression thru the war. There are many photos of ships and U-boats. Most of the base photos have an abundance of seaplanes. There are two large group photos with signs in front that are written as best I can tell the following:

3./Flg,Crs.Abt.16
Rekmden
com 15.10.36-15.3.37

and

10.(See)
Lehrgeschw.2

Thanks for any help anyone can give. there are a total of over 100 pics showing some cool planes and ships. To me and my untrained eye it looks like a training school for ground crews servicing sea planes.
Thanks again
David

Here are two links to Ian Holm's website:

3./Flieger Ersatz Abteilung 16: http://www.ww2.dk/ground/infanterie/fliegrs.html
10.(See)/Lehrgeschwader 2: http://www.ww2.dk/air/lehr/lg2.htm

From these links, I'd say the photos of 10. (See)/LG2 must be within the time frame November 1938 to October 1939, and therefore, like the photos of the Flg.Ers.Abt., pre-war.

All the best,
Karl

P.S. I'd say "Rekmden" & "com 15.10.36-15.3.37" are misreadings of "Rekruten" ('recruits') & "dem 15.10.36-15.3.37".
