Thank you, Bruce. TICOM Reports were so secret that nothing was said about them in the open literature until 1986.

Hi Bruce,

thanks for the TICOM report. According to a post-war American study, declassified by the NSA, this particular TICOM report was:

I-109. Translation of a Report by Lt. Ludwig of Chi Stelle O.b.d.L. (Ref.B) based on questions set for him at A.D.l.(K). A TICOM publication.

Lt. Martin Ludwig also features in TICOM reports I-65 and I-135...

Cheers

Rod

Goering post-war on the value of SIGINT: he had little of substance to offer but this may interest US researchers.

For anyone interested, FULA Ost (Funkaufklärungslage Ost = Radio Intercept Situation East) can be found in the Ic/AOK Anlagen of the Armies deployed in Russia. They were daily, weekly and monthly. There are no complete runs, but some of the runs approach that. They mostly concern the movement of VVS units, but Russian ground units are covered too. These, together with the interrogation reports from downed Russian aircrew and other POWs provide detailed coverage of what the Luftwaffe knew about the VVS.

Sorry, stupid question... what does the acronym A.D.I. mean ?
(K) = Luftwaffe?
Thank you!
