RAF Wick April / May 1940.

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm if and when Wellingtons of No.38 Squadron operated from Wick in support of the Norwegian campaign.
Trying to determine when they arrived, numbers employed and operations flown. The ORB does not give this information.

Can confirm 38 Squadron operating over Norway on 12 April (S/L Nolan FTR) - source ORB.

Can't remember where I read the location they were operating from, likely Fledgling Eagles by Shores, et al, which unfortunately I don't have at hand right now.

IIRC all Wellington ops to Norway ceased as of 1 May.
