Information concerning loss of Obergefreiter. Adolf Hofmann killed 21.10.1941

Hi,

Can anyone provide information on the loss of Obergefreiter Adolf Hofmann who was killed on the 21st October 1941 over Venlo in Holland. He was a Bordschutze.
