Véhicule armored?

Hello, Part found on the site of a collection of military vehicles in 1944. Is it an Allied or German part? Armored vehicle or tank? If you have an idea or can guide me to a specialized site, thank you in advance. Yours sincerely.

Since your measurements seem to be exact in the metric system, I would think the part is German and not Allied (British or American) which did not use the metric system in WWII.
