Gen Martin Fiebig's involvement in the bombing of Belgrade

General Martin Fiebig was executed in Yugoslavia 1947 because of "charges arising out of the bombing of Belgrade in Apr 1941", where he played a "major role under Richthofen".
What was his exact position at this time?

Nahkampfführer des IV. Fliegerkorps (Close-combat leader of the IV. Flyingcorps) I guess, but was this unit involved in the Belgrade bombing?

Alexander Löhr was also sentenced to death for the same war crimes.
