Crashed Cessna L-19 in the Fifties in Germany

Hi all!
I'm looking for a crashed Cessna L-19 in Germany in the area I'm living probably in the year 1954. The only info I have is a poor copy of a picture showing the code:

36 =ê= I

Under the wing you can regognize the following combination of letters and numbers: A 020.

On the tail there is a fragment US A(rmy?), underneath at the beginning the numbers 15(rest unknown).

Any info about the plane, the pilot and the circumstandes are most appreciated.

Thanks in advance for all help and support.
