WW2 Russian aircraft tail fin to ID

I bought this piece some years ago..
The story is that was found inside a german collapsed bunker at former airfield of Pitomnik, so maybe a trophy hanged on the wall.
I don’t know what kind of aircraft can be...the german gasmask can is for dimention reference
