Unidentified RAF airplane, Greece 1941
 

Dear friends,
I am looking for information about an incident that took place in Greece in April 1941.These are all i heard from an old man from my village.During the evacuation of Greece an airplane of the RAF was landed on a valley near Molaoi,in southern Greece.The airplane was out of fuel.The villagers managed to find fuel for the airplane and to refuel it.Finally the plane took off (for Crete?) taking also a Greek police officer!
I need your help to find the type of the aircraft, and the squadron which it belonged.Keep in my mind that it was late April of 1941.
