ID - part of drop tank ?
 

Dears,

This part of grey painted aluminium was found near to crash place of Il-2 (Sturmovnik) .

Is it part of drop tank ? (Russian or German) ?

But why are holders for the pipe welded to a piece of sheet metal ?
(the passage through the plating looks similar to the luftwaffe tank)
