Information concerning the loss of Uffz. Bernhard Ostermeier - 04.041943

Hi,

Can anyone provide details over the loss of Uffz. Bernhard Ostermeier who was killed in an air death over Leningrad on the 4th April 1943?

According to my info WNr could be (88)3771. (88)3871 was still flying in summer 1943, when damaged at Fl.Pl. Konotop (8 June 1943, II/KG 51).

I didn't notice the WNr. conflict when I posted the loss, but Matti is correct in his statement. I have the notation as to the possibility of WNr. 3771 (which I apparently deleted from my post). This is definitely a better 'fit'.
