Hello and intro
 

Just joined a few days ago when I stumbled upon the forum while researching a B24 pilot.

Always been a History buff. Grandson of two WWII vets, my father’s father served under Patton a while in Europe then ended up in the PTO. Mom’s father was in Panzerjager Abteilung 33 of Rommel’s Afrika Korps.

Still reading post and catching up. Hope to learn more about the air war, and hopefully I may be able to contribute information somewhere along the way.
