Aviation Crewmember Monthly Incentive Pay

Hello!

Was it possible that an PFC during the Vietnam War served as an crewmember with an Helicopter Unit? And if, how was his "Flight Pay"?

it says PFCs were also eligible for Incentive Flight Pay.
